Our NDT Methods:

 🔹Visual Testing (VT)
The most widely used and cost-effective inspection method. Our experts use the naked eye or tools like magnifiers, cameras, or endoscopes to identify visible cracks, surface imperfections, or weld defects.

• Applicable to all materials with visible surfaces

• Often the first step in the inspection process
  (Limitations: only surface-level, dependent on visibility)

🔹 Magnetic Testing (MT)
Ideal for ferromagnetic materials, this method quickly detects surface and near-surface cracks using a magnetic field and contrast agents.

• Fast inspection of large areas

• Immediate detection of defects on and below the surface

🔹 Penetrant Testing (PT)
Perfect for identifying even the smallest surface-breaking cracks. A colored penetrant highlights defects, and a developer makes them clearly visible.

• Detects minor surface defects

• Covers large surfaces efficiently

• Clear, immediate results

🔹 Eddy Current Testing (ET)
The best solution when coating removal is not possible. Using electromagnetic fields, we detect defects on and just below the surface of conductive materials.
